P3D-6 perfusion chamber

Adjustable plastic chambers to perform cell culture experiments on three dimesional scaffolds under perfusion conditions.

The chambers are designed to host cylindrical scaffolds with diameters between 5 and 7 mm. The chamber can be adjusted in height, in order to fix the scaffold in the appropiate position with respect to flow. Maximal and minimal affordable scaffold heights are 10 and 2 mm, respectively.

Chambers standard female luer lock connections ensure no culture media leaks, while allow a fast and reliable connexion to tubing. The fully transparent material allow visual control of the scaffold evolution.

Surface in the perpendicular direction to flow has been minimised, in order to prevent from the appearing of culture media recirculation areas.
